A Mind Blowing Air Journey That Stays Etched In My Memory!

Besides pushing in fresh air through our urban jungle, travelling enables us to enjoy the company of our loved ones and make it memorable. Being a writer, I have to indulge in a lot of brain-storming and my wife remains occupied in her stressful job. The opportunity to visit a friend added some amount of energy in our lives.

I had to look through a lot of travel websites that might help us choose the best route, simple mode of transport, best rates and specified time frame. We found an online travel-planner that helped show us through the best Ahmedabad to Ranchi Travel Route.

Sardar Vallabhai Patel Airport

We had to cover some 1303 km while flying from Ahmedabad to Ranchi. Had we travelled by car, it would take us more than 23 hours to reach Ranchi. Our travel planner also helped us choose from amongst a number of airline services. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Intl. (AMD) airport runs regular flights for renowned carriers like Air Sahara, Air India Limited, Kingfisher Limited and Jet Airways.

The Birsa Munda (IXR) airport also runs similar flights for Ahmedabad. We had to pick a carrier that would make us reach our destination in time. Our timing and budget seemed to match up to the services of Jet Airways. We were glad about not having to pay anything extra for our meal.

The trip from Ahmedabad to Ranchi was worth remembering, since that was the first time that my wife was travelling in a plane. We had to fly from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport Ahmedabad (AMD) to Birsa Munda Ranchi (IXB) airport with a stopover at Indira Gandhi Airport in New Delhi.

We really enjoyed the warm hospitality of the flight attendants and the delicious cuisines served by them. It was the spirit of their professionalism that drew most of our attention. On most occasions, I had travelled to Ranchi by train, but this was a different experience for both of us. From a height we could see the natural beauty of Ranchi and things became more vivid as we came down. The entire trip was memorable and we really enjoyed it.

Tips For Stress Free Business Travel

Travelling for business is widely misunderstood: To those who don’t go often, it sounds like a vacation with a little responsibility – a break from your regular life, enhanced by free meals, sightseeing, and the opportunity for an out-of-town hook-up.

But those who do it often know that work travel is really just work, but with more organization, more fatigue, and more face-to-face meetings.

Here are a few ways to make your life easier when you’re on the road for work.

Pack in advance: If you prefer taking short trip. I would recommend that you do your packing in advance. By doing this you can pack the right stuff for your trip and will never forget anything behind and avoid last minute blunders. I once forgot my charger at home and then I had to buy a new for my trip which was totally a waste of my money but I had no choice.

Your small back pack should contain fresh clothes, water, pajamas, toiletries, undergarments, a notepad, pens, map, Altoids, Advil and band aids. Make sure to refill the food and water supply. I would recommend that you carry some ready material, laptop and sunglasses to keep you busy during long travelling.

Wrinkle free Tie:

If you are on a business trip then make sure to place your tie perfectly with your backpack to protect it from wrinkling. Take your tie and roll it and place it inside your other clothes.

Save Your Jewellery

Save your jewellery:

If you are carrying jewellery such as gold chain or bracelets then make sure to protect it at all times. Often chain gets tangled inside your small package. To avoid this from happening, use a straw and string on one side of the chain into the straw. If you want to protect your ring, I would recommend you to use pill organizer. You can avoid your earring from getting tangled by attaching to the holes of big buttons.

Use The Internet

Use internet:

If you are in a business trip, make sure you check up on your email. Research about the hotel and locations chosen for your trip. This will help you to be prepared when you land at your destination.

These are some of the points that should be considered while having an urgent business trip.

It is a multi-domed beautiful mosque spreads over 3 acres located at Anna Salai in the middle of the city. This beautiful mosque is highly regarded for being the largest mosque in country. It was built in 1810 by Nawab Umdat-ul-Umrah. The assemble hall is very huge and around 1000 lamps are necessary to light the assembly hall hence the name thousand lights for the mosque. The mosque is constructed in medieval style architecture.

The enthralling beauty of the mosque is truly captivating and the multi-domes have heights of more than 64 feet from the ground. In 1981 another mosque was added which showcases the western influence in architecture for its five inward curving domes.

There are separate rooms both men and women for conducting prayers. The mosque is a holy place for Shiite Muslims and a famous pilgrimage centre for them. This huge holy construction is very famous for its beauty architecture and also has a great religious significance.
