My Travel Journey from Ahmadabad to Patna on Indigo Airlines- A Memorable Journey

I live in a city where technology is highly developed. You can see plenty of malls, cars, latest infrastructure, broad roads, sky touching buildings in Ahmadabad. I had very hectic days for past a month and I totally forgot all my hobbies. I wanted to rejuvenate my body and soul hence I took a vacation and packed my bags for a vacation.

Often I backpack to some palace just to escape from the hustle bustle of my routine life. I searched for a suitable place. Patna always attracted me a lot. It is one of the states in Bihar, where I have plenty of things to explore, hence I decided to visit Bihar this time especially Patna.

Though I love to travel in train, this time I planned to take flight as I had very less time. I searched on the internet to find out a good flight to Patna. I end up my search in disappointment as there were no direct flights available. So I decided to take two flights, Ahmadabad and Delhi flight then Delhi to Patna. I searched for good Patna flight hotel deals to book my hotel and could find out a good package from a travel’s web portal.

There are more than 13 flights per day fly between Ahmadabad and New Delhi. Since morning flight was convenient I booked my ticket on Indigo Airlines at 6.20 am. From Delhi I could manage to book my ticket to Patna on Go Air which was at 10.30 am.

I reached the Ahmadabad airport early the airport was very modern and all facilities were available there. The flight was on time and all facilities and amenities were available in-flight. It was a wise decision to choose Indigo flight. The flight journey was very convenient and I reached the New Delhi airport at 7.55 am. My next flight to Patna was at 10. 30 so I thought of a shopping at the New Delhi Airport. It was a very good experience.

My Travel Journey from Ahmedabad to Guwahati Was Tiring But Extremely Comfortable

Being a financial advisor by profession, I am able to earn enough to support my family well. With the passage of time, I have grown to be wise enough to learn that family and friends are way more important than money. I have seen many of my colleagues involved in the same profession who have dedicated their lives only to earn more and more money; and in the process, have sacrificed their loved ones. But I believe in the fact that everything should be given the attention it deserves.

Money is important to lead a happy life but it’s your friends and family who are going to remember you for the amount off live you show to them. Whenever I get an opportunity such as a vacation of a weekend break, we make plans to explore different parts of India. During such trips, I explore the luxurious of facilities available.

I also love to stay fit and fine with various practices such as meditation and yoga. Another thing which mesmerizes me a lot is photography. Whenever I travel to any new destination, I love to keep the moments captured with my high quality DSLR.

Since my son had his summer vacations, I took leave from work for some days so that we could enjoy a family trip to Guwahati. This is due to the fact that we had never been to the north eastern part of the country. Additionally, Guwahati is considered to be one of the most serene and beautiful spots and has the ability to charm you with its pleasant weather. There was no direct route to travel from Ahmedabad to Guwahati. So I opened the flight booking app and searched for ways to reach Guwahati. We decided to make a break journey through Jet Airways.

We boarded the first flight from Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Airport Ahmedabad (AMD) at 2:35 PM and reached Delhi at 4:05 PM. From there, we boarded our next flight at 8:45PM and reached Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi Airport at 7:20AM the next day. Both the Jet Airways flights were right on time; and I thanked the flight booking app as it had enabled me to make all the arrangements without any hassle.

The Trip that is Kinnaur- Here We Come Mountains!

Hey there everyone! After three months of constant phone calls and meetings, I have decided that it is time once again for a family tour. Now my kids too have the thirst for adventure and no time could be better than now for me to make use of. After much thought and consult, I’ve decided to head for the mountains. And so Muhammed began his journey, but this time with his entire family.

Shimla, Darjeeling, been there, done that… So what’s new, you ask? Kinnaur, a trekker’s desire and a photographer’s dream. To be in the mountains and far away from all the hassles is exactly what my family and I need at this moment. I surf through the cheap flight app in my android phone and look into all possibilities to reach the hills of Himachal Pradesh from the hub of Ahmedabad. Umpteen choices did turn up and trust me, this gets more interesting.

The Journey from Ahmedabad to Kinnaur

Though I am a man who enjoys a bit of luxury and travel in style, when one plans a family trip, you need to be extra cautious of each and every expense. Take it from this financial advisor. I listen to my own advice this once and look for economy domestic flights. Indigo Airlines happens to be the one airway that serves me the best budget and best plan.

Instead of looking for any direct flight I take up one with one stop. This allows my kids to enjoy more places and me to plan more for the trip. So we take the Indigo Flight from the Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel Ahmedabad Airport to Chandigarh Via Mumbai. From there we have our connecting taxi to Kinnaur. Indigo airlines had a very comfortable airbus with very cushy seats and a kind and helpful crew.

With tasty snacks and other nick knacks from the flights, I see my kids jump with excitement. The captain has turned on the ‘seat belt on’ sign as we are about to land. More details about my trip, and how it turns out will be posted in my upcoming blogs. Until then!

A Mind Blowing Air Journey That Stays Etched In My Memory!

Besides pushing in fresh air through our urban jungle, travelling enables us to enjoy the company of our loved ones and make it memorable. Being a writer, I have to indulge in a lot of brain-storming and my wife remains occupied in her stressful job. The opportunity to visit a friend added some amount of energy in our lives.

I had to look through a lot of travel websites that might help us choose the best route, simple mode of transport, best rates and specified time frame. We found an online travel-planner that helped show us through the best Ahmedabad to Ranchi Travel Route.

We had to cover some 1303 km while flying from Ahmedabad to Ranchi. Had we travelled by car, it would take us more than 23 hours to reach Ranchi. Our travel planner also helped us choose from amongst a number of airline services. Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Intl. (AMD) airport runs regular flights for renowned carriers like Air Sahara, Air India Limited, Kingfisher Limited and Jet Airways.

The Birsa Munda (IXR) airport also runs similar flights for Ahmedabad. We had to pick a carrier that would make us reach our destination in time. Our timing and budget seemed to match up to the services of Jet Airways. We were glad about not having to pay anything extra for our meal.

The trip from Ahmedabad to Ranchi was worth remembering, since that was the first time that my wife was travelling in a plane. We had to fly from Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel airport Ahmedabad (AMD) to Birsa Munda Ranchi (IXB) airport with a stopover at Indira Gandhi Airport in New Delhi.

We really enjoyed the warm hospitality of the flight attendants and the delicious cuisines served by them. It was the spirit of their professionalism that drew most of our attention. On most occasions, I had travelled to Ranchi by train, but this was a different experience for both of us. From a height we could see the natural beauty of Ranchi and things became more vivid as we came down. The entire trip was memorable and we really enjoyed it.

Air Travel from Ahmedabad to Chennai by SpiceJet Airlines – Comfortable and Cheap by All Means

Hi friends, this is Darshik Mehta signing in. This time I am posting my travel experience in Chennai. Life in Ahmedabad has become busy. Being in a responsible position of a financial advisor, my days get challenging all along. When my personal and family life gets a beating, I take a break. And this time I planned a family trip to Chennai.

The southern part of India has always increased my curiosity. Traveling to Chennai is better by flight and therefore, I booked tickets with Spicejet Airlines, which has rolled out cheap Ahmedabad Chennai flights. Our flight was scheduled at 6.10 am on a Wednesday and we started off to the Sardar Vallabhai Patel Airport early in the morning.

After the initial formalities, we were offered the boarding pass. I should admit that Spicejet has improved its service with better metro-to-metro connectivity with the convenient timing for the business people.

The Economy Class seats were quite comfortable with enough pitch, and there seemed to have ample space for stretching the legs. The flight took off at the scheduled time starting my journey from Ahmedabad to Chennai. The service on board the flight was satisfactory. We were quite hungry; being early in the morning, we couldn’t have any food.

I ordered paneer bhurji, aloo paratha and aloo tikki, while my wife loved having vegetable upma, onion vada and sambar. The meal was quite sumptuous. A budget flight by all means, Spicejet offers frequent traveler programme, SpiceConnect to loyal customers. My business trips are not frequent and hence, I cannot keep track of my flights. Interestingly, this type of promotional programme can help business travelers.

I was shook from my thoughts by the announcement in the flight. We were going to land at the Chennai International Airport. It was 9.15 and we just flew for two hours enjoying the cheap Ahmedabad Chennai flight. After the safe landing, we came out finishing the formalities.

As we looked around for the transportation, a person in mid-thirties walked up to us. The cab to Hotel Ambica Empire was ready and within minutes we go into the cab to mark the beginning of the Chennai journey.
