It was our last day in Chennai and I felt very happy and contend as I could complete all the places quoted in my list and even I could manage some extra places like thousand light mosque. After enjoying the architectural beauty of the thousand lights mosque we moved to the VGP universal Kindom which is a famous amusement park in Chennai.
It is a best place to escape from the crouching sun as there are several water games to enjoy there. VGP offers a best retreat to both children and adults. The amusement park provides wide range of entertainment and it considered to be the oldest park in the city.
The entrance fee was reasonable and there are 37 rides in the park, a single day is not sufficient to enjoy each ride. The beach at the end of the park is the uniqueness of the park. We spend our whole evening playing in the beach and enjoying rides. The enchanting garden, the amazing statue man, lovely Panner fort were other attractions where we could indulge in.
Being the biggest park in Chennai it offers best and quality services and hygienic atmosphere. The water was very clean and sparkling. The water costume is mandatory for water games and they charge 30 rs for the costume. The park provides lockers and towels for maintaining safety and hygiene inside the park
They also charge extra for some unique games. We had our lunch and snacks inside the park. The food was very tasty and served with all hygiene and cleanliness. We enjoyed the food and finally went to the lawn area near the beach. We could view the sunset and enjoyed the beach games at the park.
The amusement park also stages several festivals and it houses many multi cuisine restaurants where you can enjoy your day. It surely takes you to another world full of amusements and thrills. We had a great experience at the park and returned to the hotel room to pack our things to prepare our journey back to the routine work and busy schedules.
